Exchange Policy

All EX parts are exchange, if old parts are not returned the goods will be re-invoiced at the full retail price of the new part.

If exchange parts are unserviceable, as determined by Viticulture Harvester Spares and/or Torrens Valley Mechanical then a new replacement part will be charged at the full retail price of the new part. 

Returns Policy

  • Goods returned in original packaging within 21 days, no charge 

  • After 21 days a 10% stocking fee will be charged

  • Good are not accepted after 30 days

  • Please note: Goods will not be accepted for return is fitted, used in any way or are no longer in a saleable condition

  • Freight costs for returned goods is the responsibility of the customer

  • All manufactured items are non-returnable

  • All items specially procured are non-returnable
