EXCHANGE POLICY All  EX  Parts are exchange, if old parts are not returned the goods will be re  Invoiced at the full retail price If exchange parts are unservicable as determined by TVM then a new replacement part will be charged at full retail price All exchange parts must be returned at customers cost. Parts must be returned to TVM with in two weeks of supply. Or TVM will charge out all EX parts at full retail price

A Core Deposit Charge will be issued.  Core Deposit charge will be refunded upon receipt of Exchange parts
